Monday Report

Big Thanks to Carol McCarty & Dave Grundish for hard work sorting this afternoon. We probably got half the cans sorted. If anyone wants to come work in the next hour, come on over, the building is open.

Community Food Project

We'll do sorting on Monday & Tuesday afternoons (at the old Butcher Boy - across the street from First Methodist Church). I will have the building open, and tables set up to facilitate sorting the cans into categories.

Wednesday morning we'll start assembling the boxes around 9 am. The more people we have, the better.

We'll deliver the boxes after our meeting Wednesday. If we have 20 drivers, each delivery team would have about 5 boxes (we're doing about 110 boxes).

Note:
1. I will post updates at here.
2. This is a good project to involve your kids in. It's an opportunity for them to learn to be in service to others. Most of them will be out of school.
